If you haven’t completed the Symphonic Therapy mini-course yet, I encourage you to do that first, and then come back after. The mini-course will make a major difference in the effectiveness of this toolkit.

The list of songs that could be used to process negative emotions is virtually endless. These playlists serve to get you started by setting the example of what kinds of songs actually can evoke the emotions specified. After working with the toolkit for a while, you are encouraged to find songs that you are familiar with that evoke the same emotions.
