1. Understanding Emotion

In this lesson, you’ll learn about what emotions are, and how allow them to vibrate in your body without acting on them.

This process has 3 steps that will be discussed in the video. They are:

  1. Name the Emotion
  2. Describe the Emotion
  3. Sit With It and Allow It

By allowing all of your emotions, you will be opening yourself up to experience a fullness of life. In doing so, creating an amazing life will be more readily available to you.
